Your complaint will be processed as quickly as possible, preferably within five working days. If this period is not met, you will receive a proposal about the further settlement.
If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you can submit an objection to our board by e-mail or in writing. They will respond by e-mail within ten working days about the further processing.
