Parents shouldn’t remove their children from school and send them to work. The most precious treasure of the world is education for children.

Rosette's story

Rosette, 17, lives in Madagascar. Her parents took her out of school at 15 to help them earn enough to feed their four children. SAROBIDY saved Rosette from a life as a child laborer and started supporting her family. Rosette helped her friend, a child laborer, by challenging the boss to stop beating her friend. She also teaches her three sisters what she has learned so that they, too, can have futures to look forward to. Rosette hopes in the future to work in an agriculture enterprise.
